Founded in Japan in 2016, HATSKI began with denim.

Our work starts with a close attention to materials. The character of a yarn, the texture and weight of a fabric, the way it is woven, dyed and finished — even the smallest details can change how a garment looks and feels.

Rather than simply reproducing the past, we look at familiar clothing from a different perspective. By exploring traditional techniques and new approaches, we seek to create something that feels recognizable, yet quietly unexpected.
