For purchases within Japan, prices include applicable Japanese consumption tax.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic orders within Japan are shipped via Sagawa Express.

Domestic shipping costs ¥550 (tax included) per order. Orders totaling ¥19,800 (tax included) or more qualify for free domestic shipping.

International orders are shipped via DHL.

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination and total order weight and are displayed at checkout.

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3–4 days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping conditions, and customs clearance procedures.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region.
